I suppose you could meditate or relax to this, if you're into unrestrained monotony. It's just the waves on the shore, and the drums, the waves on the shore and the drums, both ceaseless and unchanging rhythms...by the end of the CD the LACK OF ANYTHING AT ALL developing had me climbing the walls. Maybe if I was zoned out on Xanax I would like it better...
