This cd set is great. I have the 1st set also and it is so soothing. If you have trouble falling asleep or winding down this will definately help. Highly recommended.

this was bought for a present,so I havent heard it! the receiver was quite pleased with it however.

Only to be used as very distant background music, if that. A listening peson will realize that this is music made electronically with little human thought or inspiration. It costs little and that is what you get- little effort.
