I don't care what anyone says about this kind of thing, whenever I played this music at the barn, the horses would settle in their stalls, and once, one of the more cantankerous neighbors next to my horse was being more cranky than usual and I put this CD on and I kid you not, in less than 5 minutes his kicking and pawing became no more than occasional snuffing. I actually put this music on my iPod and played it for me when I was riding because it calmed me down as well. Very good stuff, and I highly recommend it.
