I've bought several of Steven Halpern's music over the years...All are very good,but Relaxation Suite is extraordinary. I give my wife relaxing deep tissue massages and Halpern's music sets the tone and completely relaxes her. The entire CD is exceptional....not a weak link in the bunch. You will NOT be disappointed with any part of this CD....it's that good.........John Burch Austin,TX

I often have difficulty getting to sleep because I can't get my "mind to stop"! I don't want to take over-the-counter medications because then I can't wake up to get to work on time. This is the second CD by Steven Halpern I've purchased. It works for me. One minor drawback: even though I have never heard the end of the CD, when it stops it momentarily wakes me up!! I don't mind. By that time, I'm relaxed enough to drop back to sleep.

I gave the CD 4 stars because I like Steven Halpern's "Sleep Soundly" CD a little better. Just simple preference. Both do just what I purchased them for...to help me get to sleep. By the way, I have the same "problem" waking up when "Sleep Soundly" finishes, too!

I use this CD to begin my daily meditation. It centers and relaxes me so that I can get in to the mediation mood.

I was looking for the perfect CD to use as background in a guided meditation workshop I was giving. I "test-drove" maybe a dozen and this is the one I went with. And it worked beautifully. Soothing, peaceful, calming, it filled the background perfectly. (Some of the CDs with lots of wind instruments or chimes can be too high-pitched and slightly unnerving.) It's also one of my favorites to have on to do my personal meditations or even just as ambient music when reading or writing.

I have a lot of "relaxing" music CDs that I play in my classroom during reading or test times. This one is interesting because it is so relaxing that I stop to pay attention to what the songs are. As a result, I never get sick of this CD because it feels new every time - if that makes sense! If I play classical music, some students complain about it. However, nobody seems to even notice this is on!

As the director of a nursing and rehab center I wanted to have something to compliment our night time regime. What a hit it has beem. From 6 pm to 8:30 pm the cd sets the tone. I recomend it to anyone looking for peace!

This cd for me is one of the most beautiful, soothing pieces of music that I've ever listened to. Don't take my word for it...sample it for yourself. That is what I did before purchasing it, and the samples alone not only relaxed my entire body, but immediately put my one year old daughter to sleep. This cd is a must have.

another gem. You can't go wrong with Steven Halpern. I play this in my Yoga classes, the students love it!

I enjoy listening to this type music. It helps me sleep, when i have trouble sleeping.

It's also great to listen to when giving a massage.

A great help for meditating in bed, if you go for that kind of 'activity'. The piano sounds like it's part gong, part cave, and even when you play it softly, you can physically feel that effect. Sound therapy par excellence!
