Never shipped- don't order,

I ordered this facial sauna from Amazon in December, but after three weeks the order still wasn't shipped. The new estimated delivery date was well into February, so I cancelled to order a similar product from Conair (which still has yet to be shipped). I have long been a customer of Amazon, but their customer service and delivery times have gradually been worsening.
