Don't want to waste anymore time. Must play when it is available.

I would pay the extra money for the Release-Date Delivery!

Buzz says:
Agreed. If Amazon is reading this, a Release Date Delivery Option would be amazing! The standard edition has it, so why not this one too?

I'll complete my purchase when a Release Date Delivery Option becomes available.

Me as well.

If they don't give us the option, i'll go take my chances and see if Gamestop has the special edition on release day.

You can confirm the product on GameStop's website. Currently, it is not listed.

I'm sure it'll be added; if the standard edition has it, so will this collector's edition. It's just a matter of waiting for it to be updated. The same thing happened with FFXIII-2 and its CE.

Typically, when they dont offer release day delivery, if you have prime they ship it so it arrives on release day even when you use 2 day shipping.

Cam says:
it does not release for over 2 months, amazon has plenty of time to add RDD before then

I've never had release date delivery and the games/items I've ordered always come on the release date. It's just a waste of money.

In reply to an earlier post on May 16, 2012 6:58:59 PM PDT
I guess the area in which you live in makes it possible to get it on release date. Idk, I guess ill see if it is a waste of money once my non-rdd copy of Mario Tennis Open arrives on time... I hope.

I hope they add release date delivery though I suppose I could wait the time

Amazon has something against offering release date delivery on collector's editions for some reason. I wasn't able to get it on Witcher 2: Dark Edition either.

FFXIII and XIII-2 collectors guide, and collectors edition(for FFXIII-2) came with release date delivery. I think it depends on the company, and square enix is pretty good about it.

Just purchased it and selected one-day shipping. It was $0.99 and I'll be receiving it on release day.

Posted on May 17, 2012 3:48:42 PM PDT
Amazon already added Same Day Delivery free for Amazon Prime members.

Chris Melton says:
This is a limited time offer and release date delivery is already available, just select two-day shipping at checkout, It'll arrive on the release day and it only costs $0.99

J. Conser says:
How does two-day shipping get it delivered on release day?

Posted on May 18, 2012 11:32:32 PM PDT
Chris Melton says:
I don't know, but if Amazon says that if you order two day shipping and it comes on the release day, it's good enough for me.

Posted on May 19, 2012 2:01:42 AM PDT
Companies always ship the games a few days before the release date. They do this everywhere. They don't ship it when it's released. That would be impossible to have it delivered on the same day.

Posted on May 28, 2012 12:12:16 PM PDT
Chris Melton says:
No, that can't be it. Because I am not an amazon Prime member and I got the 2 day shipping for $0.99
