It's not many books that I am disillusioned or disappointed with, but this takes the cake! Firstly I did not expect a book that looked like someone had printed it at home in Publisher. The pages are only printed on one side, so you do not get much for your dollar. Secondly, I was also disappointed with the content, as much of the little stated, is summed up on about two pages. My advice is buy a different book and stay away from this. Yes, it looks pretty enough in the picture, but in reality it is not. Perhaps the method works, but not for me on an extremely explosive horse, but still didn't like the book as personally it was not helpful at all.

The book provides a proven method for releasing or letting go of the fears associated with riding your horse. If you have had horses most of your life you may have experienced a time when you were afraid of being bucked off, or have your horse stop at a jump or feel fear when getting ready to go into the show ring. The contents of this book may not be hundreds of pages of fluff, but what is does provide is valuable and can be used for the rest of your life. If you have fears associated with riding your horse, I highly recommend the book. It has changed the lives of many horse riders all over the world.
