Changed my career and life!
Release Your Brilliance gave me the courage to do what I've always wanted to do and knew I could do. Simon Bailey brilliantly addresses how to recognize your calling in life, how to move in the direction of that calling, how to conquer your fears and apprehensions, and how to achieve your goal of being the best you can be. The analogy of the diamond is understandable...

DISAPPOINTING
In short, I was fortunate enough to get a free in person preview of Simon Baily's oratory skills at a college graduation ceremony in Sunrise Florida. The book does not resonate or convey the same passion of the person who compelled me to buy his book. Simon, needs to be heard and not read. PLEASE make audio tapes! -John

Release Your Brilliance gave me the courage to do what I've always wanted to do and knew I could do. Simon Bailey brilliantly addresses how to recognize your calling in life, how to move in the direction of that calling, how to conquer your fears and apprehensions, and how to achieve your goal of being the best you can be. The analogy of the diamond is understandable and easy to apply to your life and career. Each chapter has exercises to help you apply the principles taught and includes challenges to keep you thinking after you've laid the book down. Thanks to Simon and this book, I resigned from my job and have started my own business - a lifelong dream.
