great product and outstanding service. This is an asset to anyone who has joint pain, the steam mop helps me keep my houst ultra clean.

My Steamboy wasn't steaming as much and was acting like it was having difficulties steaming, therefore the floors were not being cleaned as well as they use to be. So I googled the problem and it said to replace the filter. I found the filter on Amazon at a good price and ordered it. It was shipped immediately and was received in excellent condition. I couldn't wait to use my steamer again with the new filter, but the new filter did not change or fix my steamer problem. Not sure on what to do next. Can't afford to buy a new steamer.

I have owned this for over a year. Yes it does require some strength to use and the cloth head does get wet (it's steam right) but I prefer it over a wring mop or sponge mop. I am impressed with how dirty the cloth head is after it is used and I like the idea of cleaning without chemicals. My sister has a similar steam mop but with a rectangular head instead of the triangular head which she says makes it harder to get in between some things.

I have had this for over a year and my only problem was it hurt my hand keeping the handle depressed. I solved it by using a thick rubber band. Once I start it up, I let the rubber band keep the handle depressed and when I need to take a break, I slide it away. I usually go through two pads, the first one can get dirty. From time to time, I use another floor cleaner with a scrubber and soap but most of the time I am just thrilled to use this steam cleaner. Everything feels so clean afterwards. I just love how clean it feels with barefeet and it couldn't be easier. I am about to replace the filter. Perhaps I should have replaced it already but I really wasn't sure what to look for to indicate when it should be replaced. Maybe I missed that in the instructions.

I love the steam mop!!!! I have had a year now and am still in love so much that I just bought the steam cleaner that does dust,walls,kitchen,bathroom,clothes...I can't wait for that and its coming today... I knocked over a candle and wax went every where on the wood floor and table.. took out my steam cleaner and it took it off in a heart beat!!! My house smells crisp and fresh no chemical smells.. I can not say enough about the steam cleaner and don't understand how anyone could give this a bad review unless they don't know how it works and its so easy fill the water into the filter tank, plug it in and aww clean!! fresh and crips like a spring day...

This product is a huge disappointment. It is very difficult to push even using the handle. It heats the steam quickly, but after a very few swipes, the pad becomes totally saturated and the "drying" feature is completely gone. The more you steam, the more saturated the pad becomes and the heavier it gets. It essentially becomes a very heavy mop.

Steamboy is great, check out reviews under the steamboy rather than the filter. I think you'll find most people are quite happy with their Steamboy steam mop.

The steamer is a worthless thing! It doesn't clean at all! Don't waste your money!
