I hate to write bad reviews on products but this I couldn't pass up. I bought this unit about 3 weeks ago, received it a week ago and had nothing but trouble.
First the unit came without the manual. While this is not an incredibly hard item to figure out, I would think that it would be standard to have a manual included with the item.
I called Reliable, which I eventually find out it is in Canada, they put me on hold and transfered me for about 15 minutes to come back and tell me that it should have come with a manual. I told them no, i didnt and it just became basically my word against theirs. Since I didnt feel like wasting more money on phone bill I hung up on them.
2 days after, on my 3rd use, the press ceased to release steam. New call to Reliable and new wait and they said that I didnt know how to use the press. I told them how hard it is to figure out how to press the clearly marked button that says Steam Release.
They told me I have to send it in for repair or exchange.
Hung up on them again. Never again I am buying a product from that company. I junked the unit and ordered a Steam Fast unit instead. Hopefully this one will last longer than a week.

I have wanted to get the Digital Steam Press for a long time. It is quick and easy to use. No more trips to the Cleaners with your linens.
