This has got to be the best mop I have ever used, bought etc. I have pergo floors in my kitchen, foyer and bathrooms and have had to use special floor cleaners for them. Even with buying these cleaners the floors always seemed to have a film left on them or streaks. I even called Pergo customer service to ask them how to get the dirt out of the crevices and they acted like I had three heads. I saw this mop advertised on a commercial and thought I would give it a try. When I received it my husband assembled it in a matter of minutes, I filled it with water, put on the microfiber pad, plugged it in and away I went. I have never had cleaner floors. It takes me maybe 5-7 minutes to do all my floors and they are sparkling. They dry extremely fast and there is no residue or film. When you are finished just take off the pad and throw it in the washing machine. I was expecting company and cleaned the floors before they came over and my friend thought I had new floors! I would highly recommend this mop to anyone. It also works great on carpets to freshen them up or to clean up a spill.

I think this steamer works better than the floormate which I used before. When I was finished cleaning with the steamer I could take my shoes off and feel a definite difference when walking on the floor. Using no chemicals makes me feel better and I think my floors are cleaner than they have ever been before.

The machine arrived in time with all accessories and without a scratch. We used it for carpet and tapestry cleaning, and it cleans very well. We must pass it 3-4 times for a good cleaning. The only thing we didn't like of it is that pads are expensive for its durability.

I purchased this to use on my ceramic floors, as I was tired of getting down on my hands and knees. It works very well on the ceramic. I have one room that has the pergo, and I have never had any luck cleaning them with anything that did NOT leave streaks. The Steamboy included. Fortunatley, we are moving in a few weeks and won't have anymore pergo to be concerned with.
The steam is very hot, so I am confidant that the floors are sanitized. The pads do get quite wet, and leave a bit of water. But it does dry quickly. The key is to sweep up any debris and crumbs first, as the steamboy is not a vacumm, and just spreads them around.

This product is awsome. I really like the way that it just fits perfectly in those tight spots under the sink and next to the fridge. It really makes my kitchen floor sparkle and is really easy to use. The only negative aspect is that other machines seem to give off more steam than this one does so you think that it is not working as well, but it really is! I would recommend to all.

Throw away your mop pail and and all other types of mops!!! This product is amazing. It cleans infinitely more efficiently and quicker than all other mops with absolutely no mess and no bending. Will never use any other type of mop again!

I love love love this thing!!! It is wonderful on ceramic tile and hardwood/laminate floors. Floor is dry in no time!

I have never written a review of anything that I have purchased. So this is a first for me. This steam boy is the worst cleaner machine I have ever used. All it does is spread water on the floor and smear anything that is on the floor. It leaves marks all over and is hard to push. Maybe I am doing something wrong, but I don't plan on using it again. Yuck!!

I bought this item for my Mom and she told me that Its was good but, It didn't have alot of steam coming out. It did pick up dirt quickly and It clean corners and It has two pads that came along with the purchase. It's a good steamboy but, not as strong like I thought it would be.

I was not too pleased with the product. It left the floor very wet. I hesitate to use it on a wood floor
