Clean Floors, No Chemicals!
My floors have never been so clean! It worked great! As another review said, they could improve the way the pad attaches, but mine did say on just fine once I got it really tight. There wasn't too much water. By the time I was done, it was almost dry. I would buy again.

Not so great
My issue with the steamer is as follows: The cloth pad falls off at times. Also, you are basically smearing the dirt around your floor as you clean because the dirt cakes on the cloth. The cloth never fully looks clean even with a wash in the washing machine. They get duller and duller. My steamer quit working today after only 8 uses. It rusted around the cap and...

This item is great for tile floors and hardwood floors. I love it! It does a great job and does a deep cleaning. Be careful -- don't sit it on a wood floor as it will take the finish off. I purchased this item for home use and am now buying one for work. Great item!

My issue with the steamer is as follows:
