I've been using this for several years at my parents house.
When the furnace went out, it called my parents and me and prevented a lot of damage.
I bought another one for my own house and have it programmed to call my kids and my cell phone.
We've never had one false alarm/call, but it sure worked when it counted.

It is a simple device which is easy to set up. Certainly gives me peace of mind while I am away during the winter

Instructions are a little difficult
I purchased this to monitor a vacant home. It was a little hard to set up but functioned as advertised. I wish it had a feature to call and let me know it is still working. Read more

OK For the price
It was ok for the price paid. My furnace has not failed so I do not know if it will work as it is suppose to yet.
