I have used double doodie bags for my luggable loo for years. They are getting harder to find so I was glad to see them on Amazon. With the cost and shipping they were a little expensive, but worth it (I thought). When I got them I realized that Reliance is no longer putting the chemical in the bags to make everything into jelly. Without the chemical, you can just double bag the cheapest bathroom sized trash bags you can find. They hold more too. You also can buy the chemical for RV toilets and put that in the bags if you want to. I will not buy anymore DD Bags.

I had carried this portable toilet around in my fiberglas covered pickup bed, along with equipment to cook out on the trail for 6 months. I had a 6 gallon bucket that I was using for trash and I switched it to the Lug a Loo which made it a bit taller. I had never used this lug a loo until I was able to tag along on a tent camp out with a very experienced camper the end of October. I set this portable commode up in my 10 by 10 Cabelas Outback tent. It was very sturdy to sit on and I never was concerned it would tip over. Since I'd never used it before I was amazed with the excellent design for sealing up waste and just put it outside the tent. I could have left it inside because the seal is excellent. Perfectly designed far as I'm concerned. This is a simple portable toilet and does the job well. It is back in my pickup and ready for emergency use. Simple deal, with the box of DOUBLE DOODIE bags inside the bucket with the lid closed, clean, odorless, and ready. The only thing better is my bathroom at home. This is an excellent product.

These things work well with the portapotty I bought but they are far too expensive for what you get. If you buy cat box liners and make sure it's fitted on the toilet, they'll work as well (the promise of minimizing odors wasn't worth the cost since it didn't do a great job).

I use the Double Doodie bags with my Luggable Loo portable toilet when camping. They work great, and having the zip lock bag attached makes getting rid of waste a snap. All you do is stuff the black plastic bag into the silver zip lock bag and throw it away....no smell....no mess!

As time passes the park and forest services are requiring campers to have porta-potties of our own in remote locations, using the bushes is a no-no now and you can be fined heavily for doing so. These waste bags combined with a bucket and seat are the perfect answer for taking care of the issue, clean neat and they work very well.

These ziploc closure bags work great. One bag this size lasts about 2 days and that includes me using it throughout the night due to my pregnancy. It last 2 days if I only urinate and put the toilet paper in a separate trash. If I go beyond that it will not close and becomes too full. I will only need them until my baby is born, but will use these for camping in the future.

There may be cheaper ways to do the same thing but this combined with their seat is a good product and a must have for camping.

These are a bit pricey and that's why I only gave four stars. However, I find that these work very well and the added zip bag feature and deodorizer are both great. I use these and some cheaper bags as well. These are great in case of a total "emergency" when more than "number one" is in order. So, I do recommend this product even though it was a bit expensive.

HArd to review an item you only plan on using in an emergency but the product will work with my emergency toilet and the price was great.

If you are going camping this little bags are a something you can't go without.They are just perfect with our porta potty.
