These are by far superior to the bag type water warmers, much tougher and last way longer. I call them "water warmers" because I made my own shower and only use these to warm the water with, weather permitting, otherwise I additionaly heat to a prefered temperature. my gf is picky. I tested and found the water is actually a few degrees warmer with these containers than the other type of solar shower. Do not store these in your vehicle full of water! Fill them once at camp and you'll be fine. It takes about 6 hours of direct sunlight to raise the water temp by approximatly 20 degrees above ambient temperature. They claim less but don't buy that unless your in the 80's or 90's. A cool winter day with less day light about 15 degrees more than ambient temp. I gave this product only 3 stars because they all leak and I would pay a few bucks more for something that didn't.

This piece is adequate. For me, at least, it doesn't heat up as quickly as advertised. Also not much pressure but that is to be expected. It will serve its purpose though.

Ive already gotten alot of use taking this shower on visits to beaches that dont have public showers. No problem at all with this providing hot water at a sunny beach. Great for rinsing sand and salt off after a dip in the ocean. As stated in the other review, water pressure is low so I use it with the hose only ,ie, shower head detached.

The solar shower plastic material felt very thin and stiff right out of the box. I decided to fill it up for prior to leaving for a week long camping trip and found that it had two 1/2" holes! The holes seemed to have occured along lines where the bag had been folded in the box. I did not get to use it once. The material felt very cheap and did not seem durable, but I would have expected to get a at least a year of use out of it.
I would definitely not recommend this product.

You fill the malleable (collapsable), squarely shaped reservoir with water and leave it in the sun to heat up. I left mine in the sun for several hours, a bit longer than the directions indicated, and it finally produced lukewarm water.

You hang the reservoir from a tree or whatnot, and stand under it. Then you turn the nozzle and let water shower over you. The nozzle is cheap, and it's sure to leak. This is okay if you fill it and use it immediately, because technically, it's supposed to leak--all over your body. But my needs were to keep the water bag in my van for a time before taking my shower, and the water constantly dripped out.

The company sends you a rope and hook with which to hang the bag. Ug. The S-hook should have come with a ring to tie the rope to. It didn't, so the rope is always slipping off. It's a stiff rope, almost impossible to tie to the S-ring.

This is a poor product, but a product that will work if you use it seldomly. I think that, if you use it often, you will quickly grow annoyed.

I bought this for my son who is in Afghanistan. He and his Marines use it when they are in remote areas with out facilities. Not intended for everyday use...but a good morale builder. It works well in that environment.

I could not fill it to capacity and then hoist it up into the tree I was using, but then again i am not the stongest girl in the world, and was trying to do it alone. Once I emptied out some of the water, it was easier to lift. Not perfect, but effective.

We go through at least one of these showers each year (the sides tend to split open), but they are still a great option when running water is not available. Plus it is easy to hang the shower from a tree, and the spray nozzle works well. I am not thrilled, however, to have to pay $6.00 for shipping, when I can go to a different site and pay nothing.
