This tape is an interesting combination of several techniques for back relief, all in one tape. These include suggestion of healing and pain reduction, visualization techniques, relaxation, stress reduction, and forgiveness. One side is subliminal (which I use when driving), the other side is selfhypnotic, which I use after a stressful day/back spasm and at bed time, leading to a nice restful night.My family is tired of the subliminal music and each side is real commitment of time. But I repurchased this tape after misplacing the original; I liked it that much.
