2.0 out of 5 stars Another stupid album
Annihilator are the most low value metal group. I wonder who might like this album . I am 30 years old. I cant imagine myself liking this album in my passing years. Only for Annihilator fans.

5.0 out of 5 stars Jeff Waters was "Born To Murder The World!", November 19, 2000

Another great piece of work from Jeff Waters and Annihilator. Actually mostly just Jeff Waters on this one, as he says himself at the end. The music is strong, the lyrics are great and just like nearly everything to have the Annihilator name stamped on it, it's awesome. You won't regret buying this!

5.0 out of 5 stars This is one of the best!, May 13, 2001

This is one of the best albums, I've ever owned. If your a metal fan at heart and you want the cutting edge vocals, then Mr. Water's and Annihilator is for you! No Love, is one of my personal fav's on this, so check out the preview, the guitar's in this album, are very nice, how they stand out in some parts, but always stay and flow with the rest of the sounds going around in the songs. If you like not to thrash, and speed metal, sounds, but the nice distorted vocal's and lovely hard, guitar sounds, this would be a nice one to pick up.

4.0 out of 5 stars sexecution, August 24, 2007
This review is from: Remains (Audio CD)
I agree definitely that this is a great album although a bit different in the guitar riffs and tempo. Sounds industrial, grunge, and alternative but still remains in the thrash/power metal arena.
It is good to witness a band that keeps going strong with a talented frontman like Jeff.

4.0 out of 5 stars Definitely More Industrial than Thrash, December 6, 2005
This review is from: Remains (Audio CD)
The culmination of Jeff Waters' solo experiments is Remains. Recorded and produced entirely by Waters himself, the album is unlike any other Annihilator. The first several songs give off a NIN/Rammstein industrial metal vibe which, though quite well written, are a major departure from his other work. Human Remains, Murder, and the instrumental at the album's end, Bastiage, all reflect this. There are several thrash songs however, such as the ultra heavy Dead Wrong, brutal fast Reaction, and the classic Tricks and Traps. It's not at all a bad album, just noticably different from the others.

3.0 out of 5 stars A bit different, July 12, 2001

Not as good as some of the other Annihilator stuff. It is a bit more industrial and less thrashy. Perhaps just an experimental solo effort. Not the best but still good listening.
