One cartridge leaked in side of package and the other one printed with streaks. No response from seller. Do not buy these

Thank you Amazon and toner pals for such great customer service. I had a problem with part of my order and everything worked out fine.

Picked a few of these up and was kinda leary of them at first, but popped them in my Dell A940 and they worked great.

These remanufactured cartridges are a great bargain. You can't beat the price and they seem to last for a long time.

Upon receipt of the black and color cartridges, I found the ink ran out very quickly. I will not recommend purchasing the ink from this seller. The second box of ink was dried out by the time I opened it and couldn't return it as the time allotted to return the ink cartridges had expired. Tried priming several times in an attempt to get the unopened and unused cartridge to work, but to no avail. Not a bargain at all for the price you pay and still not good quality prints or no color prints.

I have purchased ink for my Dell A940 from several online stores. I purchased these about one month ago and have printed quite a bit. The color comes out perfect, others did not come out the correct color. So far it appears the ink is lasting I have only used about 1/4 of the black and 1/8 of the color.

This is a follow up to a recent review. The black cartridge I purchased didn't work, I told the seller. They immediately sent me a replacement AND a label prepaid through UPS to return the bad cartridge. My new cartridge has arrived and works great. I will shop here again, it is lovely to have an attentive seller.

Seller does a great job with price and delivery. Wish they had a recycling program for old cartriges, however.
