I purchased the remanufactured breville k-cup coffee maker. I was skeptical in the beginning after reading some of the reviews. I received my machine in two days, the packaging was just a regular box very well packed from amazon. The machine looks like brand new and works just fine. It is less than half the price a new machine and it came with all the accessories. I also own a breville 1000 watt juicer which also has no issues. Breville makes good products, much better than the average plastic chinese made appliances. They are well thought and engineered, almost professional grade, fairly priced and made to last. Don't be afraid to purchase remanufactured Breville products, they aret as good as new. I understand that sometimes quality repair or control may not be the best, but for me so far so good. Also, I'd like to add that our office machine is a Keurig, it's the high end model. Compared to the Breville, i must say that Breville is by far superior. Coffee making quality is the same, features are the same with Breville being more user friendly but on the looks department Breville is the winner. Made in stainless steel with minimal use of plastic makes the machine heavy, beautiful and gives a sense of quality. By the way, the same type and brand K-cups were used to compare the machines.

well i recieved my breville,it looks brand new,from amazon.com ,it didn't come with the k cup filter,but i already have one to use,mine makes hot coffee,so far so good ,i just hope it holds up compared to my b66 which i love.i needed an extra for the basement so i decide to put the kuerig downstairs and get the modern breville for upstairs.its gorgeous and makes an excellent cup of coffee.

Please note that factory refurbished units do not include the water filter, measuring spoon...) I DID NOT SEE THAT COMMENT WHEN I ORDERED THE MACHINE - BECAUSE IT MENTIONS NOTHING ABOUT THAT ON AMAZON.COM'S PAGE DESCRIBING THE UNIT. IT IS CHEAPER TO BUY IT NEW INSTEAD OF HAVING TO SPEND ANOTHER $65.00 FOR THE PARTS IT DOES NOT COME WITH!!!! I JUST HOPE THE UNIT EVEN WORKS AFTER I GET THE PARTS. Gripe or whine if you like about the not included coffee scoop and water filter etc but the family and I absolutely love this new coffee maker! Just an FYI to anyone out there is that you may buy any and all Keurig and K-Cup accessories for this machine as well. I found the water filter starter kit at Bed Bath and Beyond the same day this machine came in. Plus.....I think anyone in modern society has a darn spoon floating around somewhere at home. We bought this machine due to the fact we wanted to save a little money on coffee. Being that most typical size 1 lb. bags can go for a premium these days we thought the one cup at a time approach was more practical. Being that some days I am up sometimes 2-3 hours earlier than my wife, there is no more wasted cold and bitter coffee. Is the machine noisy?? Yes a bit but not loud enough to wake the slumbering family by any means as another reviewer stated. Unless of course you are living in say a 500 square foot studio flat or something to the essence of it. I cant say enough about the product!! It was a win win situation for me and saving over $150 bucks vs. a new retail coffee maker was just the icing on the cake for me!

I made the mistake of buying a refurbished 600XL. Not only was it was missing parts my sister-in-law which owns one could not get it to stop spewing half made coffee all over the counter. If I had the option I would have ranked this product with 1/16 star. Hope I get my money back!

I've bought re manufactured items before with great success. Such cannot be said for this item. Out of the box none of the features worked, it would not brew in the various sizes offered, water overflowed with each attempt to brew. It was a total disaster. Unlike most of the Keurig brewers the overflow goes into a tray. This is a real pain. Somebody's quality control was way off. Be very careful. Luckily because I bought it through Amazon, the return process was relatively painless.

I always try to buy refurbished when I can, this is the 2nd breville I have bought through Amazon, the first being the Breville oven, which we LOVE, both items have come in pristine condition. My husband is the coffee drinker and he has reported the his coffee is better from this machine than our previous Tassimo. I like the looks, it's a handsome addition to our counter top and I am a sucker for blue lights : - )

This machine has caused me to file my first BAD review about anything sold at Amazon.

I don't blame Amazon, I don't blame the seller, it's Breville. This is my 2nd machine. First one was the 600 and it worked, albeit very noisily for 2 years, then one day, it kept popping my circuit breaker.

Item is out of warranty and Breville says they've never heard of this issue.

Regardless, not wanting to drop another $250.00 or so for a new one, i came across this refurbished unit. I figured, hey it's refurbished, they must have resolved anything with this machine at the time it went back to the factory.

Ordered the unit on the 17th of August, arrived on the 22nd, no issue. On Monday, August 29th, 7 days after arrival, the unit stopped working, essentially just dripping some water out of it. I called customer service, they told me to try a few things running through some menus and they concluded they'll have to send me another one, of course it's another "refurbished" unit.

Also, I was told that the warranty is only 90 days on a refurbished unit.

I was told I'll be sent today a Fedex label to send the unit back to them at no charge to me. I was further told that it would be around 14 days before I'll likely see a replacement.

I was also told that they are the next state over in California, so it should be quick. I asked if the label was fedex overnight, and told no... it's ground and will be ground shipped back to me.

Let me see if I have this straight... you sold me a defective refurbished unit to replace my other defective unit, you'll slow boat it to you and back, and then I have to wait 14 days or possibly more for another unit.

I will NEVER buy another Breville anything ever again.

I don't say this lightly... save yourself some time and money, buy any other unit than this piece of crap... I should have gone to Best Buy and paid for a warranty, at least I would be forced to use a french press for the next 2 weeks until another "refurbished" unit shows up. Hopefully i'll make it through the 90 days and no further problems.

out of all the keurig makers this was made the best its a beast that said, its very expensive ,you pay a premium a for single serving over a normal coffeemaker and the coffee well!!

A beautiful machine, I thought I was a lucky recipient of a remanufactured AND functioning Breville...but the dream couldn't last =( ...So it worked fine for less than a week. Then it began brewing by itself, without any buttons being pressed. When it did brew; it would brew small amounts of coffee only, but never full cups. >>>Do yourself a favor and buy a fresh NEW one.<<< One star for the product but 2 stars for Amazon. Thank you to Amazon for making the return process easy. I will be sure to buy my new Keurig through you guys!
