Disappointed in quality,

I bought this ink because it was less than half the price of a 'new' cartridge. When I first printed off some color items, however, I was disappointed in the color quality. The thumbnail to credit-card sized images did print in color, but the color was not very vibrant and the printer (HP Deskjet 840C) did not seem to handle the cartridge as well, because there were blank 'stripes' in the pictures where the ink had missed in places. I think next time I will just spend the money for a 'new' cartridge.
