A little bit of heaven!,

I bought our machine from Seattle Coffee Gear, refurbished. I was reluctant, but the dial control tells how many draws there have been for each product. There had been very, very minimal use on our machine and it appeared new. We saved nearly half and it was a great choice. We use it several times, every day. I haven;t been as good as I should have been about cleaning it and we did have to send it back east to Jura for service. Their customer service is AWESOME and I had our machine back in about 20 days. Mind you, this was after 1700 draws. Yes, 1700.

Mine looks brand new,

I was a little reluctant to buy something that was "refurbished," but the machine arrived looking brand new- perfect as far as I can tell. I've used the machine nearly everyday now for about two months and no issues.
