Spice up your drive with this CD receiver's 3D action graphics that look especially cool on the illuminated blue display. The 3D Dot Matrix (3DDM) display renders graphics and animations with over 20,000 pixels of resolution, resulting in smooth motion and highly detailed images. It includes six display modes, including a spectrum analyzer and full-motion animations.
This CD receiver not only plays CDs, but also CD-R/RW discs. If you've got WMA and MP3 music files recorded on the same CD-R/RW disc, no problem--this CD receiver can handle it. For your listening pleasure, the acclaimed Alphatuner V FM/AM tuner circuitry is built into this unit as well, and there are 18 FM and 6 AM presets. Other features include:
Features
Large Rotary Knob. A large rotary volume control knob on the left side of the front panel adds to the hi-fi audio image. Operation is easy and familiar. Push in on the large knob to make item selections, and turn to adjust level. Not only does it operate smoothly, but it also provides a satisfying tactile solidity.
Sound Quality. Personalize your sound system with our SQ7 seven-band graphic equalizer. Not only does it provide manual adjustments to help you fine tune your music, but it also offers a series of one-touch equalizer settings, such as Rock, Pop, Vocal, Jazz, Club and Flat.

makes my stock car speakers sound like aftermarket system,
This review is from: Remanufactured Panasonic CQ-C8400U In-Dash MOS-FET 60W x 4 High-Power CD Player/Receiver with Radio DSP, Dot Matrix Display, and MP3/WMA Playback (Electronics)
This thing is hot and performs really well. The animations are cool, and although you won't be staring at them after you've had the unit more than two weeks, they don't really get old either...they're pleasant :) The sound is powerful and there are some good user options (e.g., lets you convert speakers to sub if you want...let's you hook up mp3 player...tilt screen, etc...)Mine has held up really well the year or so I've had it...
