I recently placed an order for this product. Two days later I recieved an email from Amazon stating that my money had been refunded, without any explanation of why. I contacted both Amazon and the seller asking for an explanation. Both companies wrote me back and said it was the other's fault. I re-ordered the product. More than a week later, I received and e-mail stating that this product couldn't be sent to an APO/FPO address due to it's weight. For those of you who don't know, and APO/FPO address is an overseas military address, but it works very much like an address in the United States, infact, it doesn't cost any more to ship to an APO/FPO as the military takes care of the overseas shipment. I have personally recieved packages weighing more than 75lbs, and it is therefore difficult for me to believe that the weight of this product was the problem. I wish that this company had simply stated it's shipping details in the begining, so I would have known not to waste my time. It was a very agrivating experience that I hope none of you have to deal with.

This computer has everything I had wanted in an up-to-date machine plus many that I had not expected. Excellent value, excellent machine.
