They sent two speakers and the main unit in buble wrap. With nothing else. No power cord to plug in, no manual, no remote... just the three pieces. Call up twices already with no result. What a joke? Give them the order number and want an exchange and they want the serial number to check for warranty. This is the least I am expected of Philips.
