Toner did not fuse properly,

Tried this side-by-side with name-brand Samsung cartridge, printing duplex on Hammermill Color Copy paper (same printer settings for each job). Toner from the remanufactured cartridge didn't fuse properly and did not achieve a full black, while Samsung cartridge worked perfectly. I have had good experiences with LD remanufactured cartridges in the past, so this one unit may be defective. Still, seller doesn't refund shipping charges, so I'm not willing to risk $20 on shipping both ways to order a replacement.
Note: this cartridge will probably be fine for home use and non-professional printing, especially if you are not printing duplex. |
