Nice phone ....
Phone bit on the tech side of using.Lot of info to learn in using it. Suited me fine.Lot of bells and whistles i didnt need. Multi language answer.Ringtones and distints rings for those people you know ,

Uniden will not repair this!
I purchased this phone and it was defective. Amazon has been great to work with. They offered to let me return it ... but I decided to send it back to Uniden to get it repaired. They made me pay to ship it back and then sent me a bill for the repair and the cost to ship it back to me. After 30 minutes on hold I was told they would pay to ship it back to me, but would...

I purchased this phone and it was defective. Amazon has been great to work with. They offered to let me return it ... but I decided to send it back to Uniden to get it repaired. They made me pay to ship it back and then sent me a bill for the repair and the cost to ship it back to me. After 30 minutes on hold I was told they would pay to ship it back to me, but would not cover the cost since it was refurbished. I only sent the item back because their customer service department told me they would fix it.
I would NOT buy this or any Uniden product. Thank goodness Amazon is so easy to work with at least I'm not going to be stuck with a brand new phone that never worked.
