Operating on the 2.4 GHz band, the phone uses digital transmission for exceptional range and minimal static. The three-line LCD in the handset works in conjunction with caller ID services, storing 50 names and numbers for easy viewing and quick callback, in addition to the 20 speed-dial presets.
The speakerphone lets you talk hands-free, or let the whole family in on the conversation. Of course, the phone also features the basics, like flash, redial with memory storing the last three numbers dialed, pause, and hold. In addition, you can dial either from the handset or from the base. The phone is not wall mountable, but does feature a belt clip and can be used in conjunction with an optional headset. Uniden provides a 90-day warranty on this factory-refurbished model.
