I initially thought this was a Sunz of Man Album, so I was slightly disappointed when I found out it was highlighting one of the members.

Nothing against 60 second assassin, I just found this album mediocre, not bad just not great

I have been waiting very patiently for a new SOM album( and still am)then I heard about a 60sec solo and I was skeptical. I like the producers on this album and it shows withs its fluidity. And remarkable guests like Timbo King, 12'Oclock,Masta Killa, LA the Darkman and more. As I said this albums flows from track to track, and the beats are reminiscent of old school Wu. The one thing that would have been better is: 60 sec Assassin. When he raps, hes at his peak here, but almost all songs are guest apps, which is great cuz of the talent but I want more. A solid, solid album for Wu fans. And lets hope for that new SOM album.

Honestly, for as long as I've waited for 60 to drop.. I expected a lot more. 60, in my opinion was always one of the wisest when it came to droppin' jewels of wisdom. I can't lie, for me it was always as if I was listening to the father or my man Freedom Allah. With all that said, I feel the project could've had stronger production. I would've loved to see Allah Math or even the RZA (new skool production) somewhere on this. The line up of guest appearances was an auditory wet dream; All the brotha's who I've heard spit fire throughout the years. It was also good to hear the Sunz brought back together for this project.

It's not a classic, but when it's all said and done.. at the end of the day, 60's still in rotation.
