Guilty Pleasure
I am 19 years old and I like Demi Lovato. I am not ashamed, but I will admit that most of her songs are a hit or miss for me. I only like a few and this one I like a lot because it reminds me of Paramore or something (I am a big Paramore fan). She is better than Miley Cyrus, I promise.

Who is this Disney chick and why does she have a record deal?
December 12th, 2009 I'm not a big fan of most of the Disney stars because frankly most of them just can't sing. This chick isn't much different. But even worse is that her silly song could be sung by any no-name-brand knock off girl coming onto the scene. There is no originality which these days isn't that shocking. But it's also not a fun song...

I'm not a big fan of most of the Disney stars because frankly most of them just can't sing. This chick isn't much different. But even worse is that her silly song could be sung by any no-name-brand knock off girl coming onto the scene. There is no originality which these days isn't that shocking. But it's also not a fun song. I will give one chick credit though. I know she was from Disney but I can't recall her name. She was on Youtube and she sang her little heart out on the national anthem. This very well could have been Demi because I'm not so sure it was Selena. But it was one of them. Anyway, I'm saying this song is empty but yes, it will please the many Disney fans. But I'm a fan of good music, even pop and this song is not a good pop song. I saw the video on Music Choice today. I don't see the hype around her at all. She's OK looking but that's it. She's not even hot! 1.5 stars. |
