This review is from: I Remember Joe Dimaggio: Personal Memories of the Yankee Clipper by the People Who Knew Him Best (Hardcover)
Unlike the Cramer book, this book relies heavily on firsthand anecdotes offered by people who knew Dimaggio. And it pretty much covers every aspect of his adult life. I loved it, and it allowed me to get to know the Yankee Clipper pretty well without author conjecture and hyperbole.
