5.0 out of 5 stars Simple Review
This is a tastefully done concept type presentation of the events of Septemebr 11, 2001. The video puts all of the horrible events of that day in chonological order, while at the same type demonstrating the tragedy, and the heroism.
The film is not long, but it will bring every emotion the viewer posses quickly to the surface. This film was concieved of and made...

2.0 out of 5 stars That droning voice
Video is great, I've learned to watch it without the audio turned up. The audio just has to go ... monotonous droning that often has little to do with what is on the screen. The New York footage is good, but the Washington DC (Pentagon) just leaves me unimpressed. There are better DVDs out there, this one is only for collector's value, if that.

The film is not long, but it will bring every emotion the viewer posses quickly to the surface. This film was concieved of and made by Americans who just wanted to make sure we have an accurate documentation of those events. After Hollywood and screenwriters eventually someday produce their versions of events, we will all have this documentary to go to for the facts, eyewitness expressions, and honest uncensored narration.
It is clear these folks are not interested in making money from this video. I think it would market at a much higher price:
I applaud the producers and their efforts in accomplishing something I believe the public has been wanting for several months.

4.0 out of 5 stars A little expensive for 25 minutes, but worth the money., February 15, 2003

I've seen lots of footage reguarding the events of Sept. 11, 2001. This video simply documents what happened on that day without the melodramatic attachments of personal stories designed to tug on your heart-strings. If you want a documentary of what happened, this is it.

5.0 out of 5 stars September 11 was remembered..., August 9, 2002

I am a native New Yorker who grew up with and frequented the WTC.
I have been living in California for the past four years.
And I found it amazing how removed people are outside of NYC in relation to this event. I need something to look at, something to see. Something to be in touch with. This is short, but very much to the point. The event is very well documented.
Not too much or too little of anything. It is just enough.
It is well edited.
Thank you Ben Cartwright for making it.

I have been addicted to information on September 11 since it happened. This was very well done and had on angle of the 2nd plane that I had never seen before. This will be an excellent history lesson for future generations that did not experience the horror and disbelief of that fateful day.

4.0 out of 5 stars Remember 9-11, February 22, 2002
By A Customer
After everything that was on the news about the events of Sept. 11th, I wasn't sure I'd want to watch a video about it. However, I thought it was very well done and it has some footage from private sources that I had not seen on the news. I especially liked the way it put all the events in order of occurance.

I gave it only 4 stars because I figure there is always room for improvement.

The video was the first video I've viewed that's been an honest, unbiased documentary of the facts. If you're just looking for facts of what happened that day, this is it.

The fotage in this is pretty incredible to actualy see the plains entering the twin towers. A lot of other DVD's don't even bother to scratch the surface on the actual sights of not only New Yorkers but the world. This rates second on the 911 coverage on DVD. The commerative film makers DVD is the best soul grabber. There is so much to be covered about the attacks
why, how, when, ? This video explains what CNN did that day maybe less. Buy it if your curious about the 767 Boeings entering the towers. In respect to the thousands who lost there lives and the families effected by 911, people should be aware of what happend that day. 911 is the most interesting and horrific event ever.
