For anyone seeking the answer to, "Why am I here?" this is one of the world's best books, ranking right up there with "The Teachings of the Compassionate Buddha." It is a short lesson about why and who each of us is what we are. I congratulate Paul Williams for his concise thoughts and perfect understanding.

I received this book as a gift ten years ago and ordered another as a gift for a friend. I still use my copy over and over. 'Remember Your Essence' is beautifully written and is also to the point. The structure and composition of text reads like poetry. This book is a keeper.

I've had this book for many years, and read it repeatedly. Reading this book is a wonderful, meditative, healing experience. I lost my copy of this book in our recent move, and am anxious to get my hands on a new copy. This is a great book for young people, too. Never to early for them to start realizing what is truly important in life...

This book is very inspirational and spiritual. It is very meditative and relaxing. I just ordered one as a gift for a friend's birthday. That is all I will say.
