This book is written so well.The book goes through Selena`s life and career.And it of course includes inside informations and pictures about Selena and her dear and loving husband Chris.I wish there`ll be more information and pictures about the life of the two lovebirds.Because despite the ugly and mean rumours about Selena and Chris ,i truly and deeply believe that they were very happy together and very much in love.They were planning their future very seriously,a new house and kids.She wanted to have 5 kids.
There are also very sad pictures of her funeral and her coffin.The pictures make you feel very sad and frustrated.I mean the big question in my mind was and is, WHY? Why she has to die?What was the meaning of this?
But i really think that this book is very useful and brilliant to all Selena fans out there. The pictures of the book are generally awesome and great!

This book contained intersting facts about her life. Selena was a role model to Latinos and inspired many. She was a very trusting,caring,and loving individual. When I read this book I was touched and I learned certain things about Selena that I did not know of. I finished this book in 2days, its a book you just can't put down. I recommend it and i'm sure Selena fans as well as those who don't know much about Selena will enjoy it.

Remembering Selena/Recordando a Selena is a must-have for Selena's fans. It is filled with page after page of glossy photos of the fallen star. However, the superficiality of the book destins it to become a dust-collector on coffee tables everywhere. I haven't opened my copy of the book in a few years. Simply stated, there's nothing in it to capture my interest -- no fascinating stories or new information regarding the singer. Selena's story ran deeper than this glossy P.R. tool would allow one to believe. Buy it for the pictures, but don't buy it if you want to know more about Selena. Selena - Como la Flor, by Joe Nick Patoski; and Selena's Secret, by Maria Celest Arraras, are more interesting reads if you want more than just a shallow look into the life of one of Tejano music's greatest performers.

I thought this book was excellent. It answered a lot of unanswered question that I had about her life and that tragic day she was killed. An absolute must for true fans!

I give this book 5 stars because it was very easy to read (no garbage that you wanna skip) and it had everything you could possibly want to know about the life and death of Selena. Has tons of black and white pictures throughtout the book and lots of colored pics in the middle. This is definately worth buying!!!!

THIS IS THE BEST BOOK ABOUT SELENA IN THE MARKET--I AM A FAN, AND I KNOW. THE STORY WAS SO MOVING, SO SAD AND ALSO SO HOPEFUL. I LEARNED MANY THINGS ABOUT SELENA THAT WERE NEVER PRINTED IN THE MAGAZINES OR NEWSPAPERS, AND NOW I UNDERSTAND HER LIFE MUCH MORE--AND EVEN THE TRAGIC LIFE OF HER MISGUIDED [murderer]. THIS IS A GREAT BOOK! I'M GIVING IT FOR CHRISTMAS TO ALL MY FRIENDS!

I very much enjoyed this book and found it an easy read along with some very nice pictures of Selena, her friends and family.
Her short time with us is a true tragedy, and for someone so young, so talented, and so beautiful both in body and sole.

"Remembering Selena" is a great way to do just what the title says-- remember the real Selena. The book is illustrated with lots of beautiful full color pictures, plus black-and-white pictures scattered throughout. The text is good, too, but if you want a real meaty Selena bio, go to Joe Nick Patoski's "Como La Flor." All in all, though, wonderful all around. :)

This is a great book for younge and old people, anyon who gave it less than 5 stars should think again. Selena will always be in my heart and i hope in yours.

The author of this book clearly spent a lot of time researching because the information was very detailed and accurate from the research I've acquired on Selena. The photos are beautiful too. I'd highly recommend this!!
