I purchased this book to learn more about my hometown. I already have a similar book about Troy and one about Lansingburgh so this gives me even more info. I knew so little about where I grew up and this book has filled in lots of holes in my knowledge. I will be coming to Troy this summer with a new appreciation for my roots. The narrative and photos have brought back many memories and opened my eyes to the wonders of home.
