This is a great book for those who wanted to move from practicing ritual of islam to spiritual meditation. Supplication of Mohammed (S) taught in Arabic translated into english language. Suppilcation taught by Mohammed(S) are "mantras" repeated sacred words, in Arabic that connects one with God clearing mind from distraction of life.Therapeutic mediation, If practiced as directed brings vitality,peace and spiritual solution to inner problems of soul.This is the spiritual legacy of Mohammed(s) for those who wanted to inherit. This book educates readers how intimately Mohammed(S) was connected to God. He was interacting in the world yet his heart was forever with God.
