2.0 out of 5 stars Misleading, but not terrible May 24, 2013
Verified Purchase
The ad states in very highly regarded words " Polished" the only time these,we're ever polished were when they came out of the factory, it took hours to take off the dirt and grime. I contacted the seller as soon as I received them on how misleading the ad was and suggested removing the part of being Polished! I also did a casing count and ended up 23? Casings short the only reply I got back was simply " return them", no sorry for the grime no I will send the shortage not a darn thing. With all this said I could not send them back all "POLISHED", if the ad was changed and quantity made good then I would recommend, but with no customer service I can not recommend!

5.0 out of 5 stars Brass is very shiny and clean May 24, 2013

It is too bad that the primers are not punched out. What a great deal. I cannot get the brass this clean much less find brass to get clean. While your waiting for things to settle down I would recommend this to any one that reloads.

3.0 out of 5 stars nothing to write home about January 3, 2014

This is basically range scrap that has been washed. My total count was 195 minus 3 crushed and one Nickle plated that can't be reloaded. So 191 cases, NO extra as stated in description. Inspected 3 times ma A**! Next time I will pick up my own.

3.0 out of 5 stars Polished? I think not... December 2, 2013
I will say this, it was all decent brass and did not have any splits, dents, or crushed necks, but that is where my praise for this brass ends. It was far from polished and it was still wet when I opened the package. It took about 7 hours in a tumbler to clean this to any semblance of a polish although it was still not shiny by my standards. When sizing and deprimming several of the primers broke the top of the primer out and left the rest of it behind. That took an extra step but did not destroy the case. I might buy again with the understanding I will need new tumbler media after I get them, but I would never recommend this brass to a friend.

Even though it was no polished well, I really liked this brass. 70% Lake city, only 1-2 crimped primers, i got 1 berdan primed case. Over all really satisfied. I will be back for more..

5.0 out of 5 stars Great deal for good brass July 23, 2013
Verified Purchase
I de-primed, sized, polished, and inspected this brass almost immediately upon arrival. I received 211 cases, of which, 3 were rejects due to dents or deformations. It was a mix of brass types 223/556 and brand. About 30 of them had been annealed before, so they were at least twice fired, but all of them cleaned up well, none were corroded or had any split necks or cracks. The long story short is that 207 of the batch are in great condition, and I could see them being loaded 3-5 more times easily. I would absolutely buy these again, and if availability remains I might make this purchase a payday ritual.

Be Safe!

5.0 out of 5 stars As advertised!
Cases were clean enough that I really wouldn't need to clean them before using. Checked through all of them and found one that appeared to be Berdan primed. No splits or bulges. Read more
