These heat rollers are very good, I am very satisfied with them.
They heat in a couple of minutes and they work fast, the price is very reasonable, so I really reccomend it.
Anyway, now you can get better curls with an ceramic flat iron, but if you are old fashion and like to use heat rollers I recommend these.

This is an Awesome Christmas gift for that fussy teenager. This set of Remington Heat Rollers provide a great hair day in just about 30 mins. total heat and roll time. I was very satisfied with the product and prompt delivery as promised.

I have used hot rollers on my straight straight medium length ash blond hair for many years. They don't actually curl my hair much (after an hour) but they do give my hair a lift and a finished look. I am sad to see these rollers disappear because they are the best on the market right now, and I've tried quite a few. I own three other sets right now which are rated higher on the Amazon reviews which are inferior for my hair because they do not stay in. I really need the clips to hold my hair in long enough for them to cool. The pin clips don't work unless the rollers have bumps on them. (I do have one set like that but they don't heat up enough and don't stay in very well. The long ago older rollers did stay in though.) Pin clips don't stay on smooth rollers. And these rollers heat up in about a minute and half. Used every day, they last about five years I think. I don't remember exactly.

The disadvantage is they are big for travel and the airlines beat up the lid and it breaks. I put them in my carry on backpack--a pain because I'd rather carry other things with me I'll actually use during my travel time and in the airport.

I wish some company would design compact dual-voltage hot rollers which actually stay in. I am willing to roll half my hair and then the other half if they heat as quickly as these. One compact set I have is much too hot and the other is too cool. A third set leaves marks in my hair. Sigh.

So these are much better and I give them four stars. If the airlines didn't break them and the case for them were more compact somehow, I'd give them a higher mark. They work great at home.

I can't stand this set. First - it's huge (my fault for underestimating its size). Second - the rollers are so heavy that they fall out of my hair as soon as i move or breathe! The clips that come with it are cumbersome, and leave marks in my hair. This was meant to be a stay at home set. What I'm really looking for is a 6-roller set, like an old Clairol, with velvet flocking, that was compact, stayed in my hair when used, and gave a great set. Oh yes, and with dual voltage for travel. That doesn't seem like it's asking too much. Manufacturers - anyone listening?

I had read another person's comments about how easily the lid cracked and that is so right. The clips just cannot be arranged to store evenly, and, after finally giving up on trying, the lid just snapped when I tried to close it over the rollers and clips. The unit is, also, quite large and takes up more space than any other hot rollers I've owned. Don't waste your money.

The quality of this item is very good, it works excellent, and the price is not expenive. I strongly recommend it.
