I bought the same shaver more than 5 years ago, and now the battery is weak. This model is discontinued, so when I saw a rerurbished one on Amazon, I bought it. Works like new.

I bought the MS3-1000 5 years ago. This model is very similar with a few more advanced features. The MS3 line of shavers are durable: mine traveled with me all over the place, it took falls and bumps and the battery went a full five years before going belly up. I liked it so much, I bought a 2nd one to replace it and it is giving equally great performance. The price seems better than what you'd get from competing brands too.

Couple things against - any electric razor is not going to match blade for closeness, but I feel I get a pretty good shave with a minimum of effort and fuss. Finally, a replaceable battery would make this a more environmentally friendly product.

I have used an inexpensive, off-the-shelf razor for several years and it's performance was deteriorating, so I did some research and decided to give the Remington MS-2700 TCT-3 a try. After trying it for 3 weeks I consistently had to go back to my old razor for a better shave than the brand new one. In addition,the battery only lasted for 3 shaves, the trimmer wasn't all that effective, and it is loud. I can't think of anything good to say about it.

I called Discount Jungle to return it and found out that they have a 10% restocking fee. I don't mind a restocking fee if it is returned for someting that I personally didn't like, but when the unit doesn't perform as advertised as this one did, then I expect a full refund. So buyer beware!

The factory reconditioned Remington shaver in all respects appears as good as a new shaver. It does a wonderful job of shaving my face, works faultlessly, and looks like new. (I have been using Remington foil shavers for over 20 years and find that I cannot get as good a shave with any other electric razor.)

The battery doesn't seem to hold a long charge vs my prior DA-307 razor, but I've only charged it once. The initial charge may be a bit weak, I only got 2 shaves out of it after the 1st charge. Hopefully the battery holds subsequent charges longer. Other than that, excellent product. Shaves similarly in closeness as my prior Remington razor. It's a reconditioned razor but it's in brand new condition.

Shaver worked great! Charger did not as it was DOA upon arrival. Thank goodness I was just replacing this and my old charger still worked. For the price I'll take it!

I have been using this model for years, had tried a newer model,which I was unhappy with and returned to the store. Decided to search Amazon for another MS-3, which I found and am perfectly happy with my purchase. Received as advertised. Thank You

I bought this shaver for my father. The first one that came wouldn't charge (and one of the pins pulled out of the charger plug and stuck in the shaver charger port), and we had to return it. The replacement one works fine so far.
