This book was just what I needed for a medical writing project. It serves as my primary pharmacy text.

When I first used Remington's as an undergraduate student in the mid-1970's I thought it was antiquated. Remarkably, a few decades later, much of the text has not changed and can be matched verbatim to the old text. One major problem with this textbook is that it tries to do everything, and consequently does little very well. Importantly, the CD doesnt work properly. I now use it mainly for arcane and historical information.

This was a gift for a new student going into the field of Pharmaceuticals. It was highly recommended by a friends in the same field. It came without the CD, however I am told it is just the entire book on CD and is a bonus add on. For the discounted price of what the orignal cost, I believe it was a fair trade off.

We ordered this book as a gift for an employee that got accepted to Pharmacy School. This reference book was the perfect item for him. It arrived on time and was exactly as we expected.
