The blower just stopped working after the 2nd use. But worked great for the 2 times

I just received my blower/vac today. I have their 10" pole saw, I love it, so I thought that I would try the blower/vac, I'm glad I did. What a great job it did. Can't wait to use it again tomorrow. It mulched up the leaves into almost dust and it has plenty of power. All I can say is that Remington did it again.

With all the previous reviews of these and similar products my confidence wasn't that high. However, I have just completed the fall clean up and have nothing but praise for this tool. Picked up twigs by hand first (recommended) and then went at it. 2 speed blower keeps everything under control. Vacuum worked equally well with NO jamming. In some of the smaller areas I found that vacuuming alone was faster than blowing then vacuuming.

Suggestion for the future would be a larger bag. With a lot of leaves to shred this fills up fast.

When the unit arrived, I was kind of apprehensive because of the dual adapters, but soon found that the 14:1 reduction was fantastic. The only possible down side is that the unit was advertised as coming with titanium blades; the ad, for clarity and honesty, should have read titanium coated blades.

I purchased this item for my husband because he was tired of raking the leaves in the fall. We have a large lot and many mature trees, so raking all the leaves was quiet a choir. Since we purchased this vacuum/mulcher, the work is literally cut in half. The only down side is that the leaves have to be completely dry before you can use the vacuum. So, if there is a light rain, or even a drizzle, you cannot use the vacuum. You have to wait until the leaves are completely dry, which is not always possible in the fall in New England.

I bought the Remington blower/vacuum 3 weeks ago, and so far I find it very helpful and efficient in both blowing and mulching. The vacuum is relatively powerfull but if you are bying this product mainly for this purpose, then I would suggest getting a more powerful one.
