I love this drum! Easy to handle and I love the sound - it makes my heart center open up and it's a great feeling.

The sound of this drum is so beautiful. I took it to drumming circle last month and it gave the drumming circle quality and beauty. Arrived so quickly too after I purchased it.

Love, love, love this drum! The 'skin' is not susceptible to the Florida humidity so I can use it whenever I want. LOVE it's voice!

I got this drum after hearing one. It's a great drum for chanting and drum circles. Good portable size, good quality, good sound. The stick head could be improved.

My Remo Buffalo Drum 16" is perfect and exactly what I was hoping for. The sound varies depending on where and how hard you strike it. It's very loud and gives me the deep resonating boom I was looking for.

The 16" is a very nice size for me. Just the right size of large. I was thinking about getting the 22" but am glad I didn't as it would be too big. And I thought about getting the 14", which probably would have been just fine but, I really love the 16" size. Very comfortable to hold.

I can't wait to take it to a drumming circle.

This is a high quality drum. It's skinned tight, the hexed cords are taut, and it seems like it'll hold up to some good pounding. There are no cheap materials to be found on it. The stick seems sturdy but has a felt pad that looks like it might wear out eventually.

For an easily portable handheld, it's quite loud. It has a slightly discordant and metallic sound out of the box; in that sense it's not the "tribal" drum that it appears to be. I expect that to warm up a bit over repeated uses. I'm very happy with it and expect to beat this thing for many years.
