This book really helped my husband and I decide to stay in our current house. The calculator was a great tool to help us take an objective look at our house, neighborhood, etc and compare it to what's out there. It made us to realize that we didn't need to do too much to our house to make it a place we would like to stay for a while. We have already replaced our windows and gutters and are now looking into remodeling our kitchen.
Great book for anyone trying to make this sometimes difficult decision!

Remodel or Move was the only book I could find to help make a tough decision with a lot of financial implications. Lots of good pointers to consider, issues to weigh, and great advice to help tip the balance. Definitely a great source of information.
