The tail rotor speed trim could not be set correctly. This caused it to bump the floor, flip on it's side and break the main rotor shaft. Bang just like that, it is useless junk. Why? Because there does not appear to be any spare parts support. The manufacturer doesn't have any address info on the box and there is nothing on the web except people selling the whole unit. Save your money and reduce stress. Look elsewhere. I should have saved my pennies a bit longer and bought something more substantial.

The Tail span broke at first take off and landing. Fine, it's very fragile but there is no where to get a spare part to fix it. Before buying a remote control, check to see if parts are available.

On the second flight the helicopter landed and broke one of the plastic feet clean off. This became a big problem since the weight was no longer distributed evenly. The feet do attached with phillip head screws so repair seems possible, but have not found a source for the feet yet.
