Looking for some clean comedy? Look no further than Mark Lowry. Mark takes jabs at himself, overbearing televangelists, and much more on this one, without the other garbage. The comedy kept me in stitches, and the songs were great too. "Mary Did You Know", although out of character with the rest of the CD, was good too. WARNING: make sure your eternity is secure, as you may die laughing. This guy is hilarious

Mark Lowry is a genius at packing in side-splitting humor with genuine passion for Jesus and a clear-cut gospel message. This video also has the powerful song written by Mark Lowry, "Mary Did You Know?" Well known artists such as Clay Crosse, Bill Gaither, Carman, Newsboys, etc. show up in some strange places! The entire video is very well done, and worth watching again and again and again...

I am a big Mark Lowry fan, and this is his best video yet! I've seen 'em all, and this is the best. Has a great parody of "I Surrender All" with "I Can Eat It All", and hilarious concert excerpts. If you are a Christian comedy fan, GET THIS VIDEO!

Remotely controlled features Mark Lowry in his funniest comedic form. You will embark through stand-up comedy mostly centered around eating too much, parodies that bash Springer, and once serious song's ripped up and turned satire. I recommend getting the video, because you get the full benefit of seeing his incessant facial expression's and jestures that make all the difference. But, if you need a road-side companion to keep you rolling at the same rate as your michelin's, by all means get the cd. Definately belong's with the best comedy disc's!

My husband and I are big fans of the Gaither videos and we enjoy Mark Lowry's humor very much. We watched the "Remotely Controlled" video and were very disappointed by the stupid (child like) humor. We expected sophisticated adult christan humor that we have previous come to appreciate from Mark Lawry. It was so silly my 3 and 5 years might appreciate it.The only good thing on this video is the song "Mary Did You Know". This can be purchased elsewhere. |
