Very helpful information
This is a great book for BBS basics. While BBS is not new to me, I found some refreshing motivation inside that brought me back from a point where I was just counting incidents instead of engaging people. Good book.

Enough of behavior based safety
Another book on manipulating people instead of fixing systems and processes continuing the tired act of behavior based "pop-psychologists" trying to blame people for accidents.
