5.0 out of 5 stars You eediot!!, April 5, 2003
This review is from: Ren & Stimpy: Volume 2 - The Stupidest Stories [VHS] (VHS Tape)
For Ren & Stimpy, they've really made themselves into household names back in the early 90's. Nevertheless, there weird antics have always set a example for some of the strangest styles of animation. There are so many cartoons that were spin-offs based upon the manx cat, and the eediot Ren, including Futurama, South Park, and even Two Stupid Dogs. But Ren & Stimpy have always made the everlasting impression.

The video The Stupidest Stories, consists of the very first two-part episode in which Stimpy enters a contest that his favorite cat litter is holding, and ironicly wins the contest, and moves to Hollywood to meet his idle, Muddy Mudskipper, and becomes a household name in the process. Meanwhile, Ren tries to cope with losing his best friend in the process, which makes him feel a little insane. The episodes were called Stimpy's Big Day, and The Big Shot.

The other episode, Robin Hoek, is only one of two tales Stimpy reads himself to bed, in the short title, Stimpy's Fairy Tales. Ironically, Ren plays Robin Hood, in the loosest sense of the word, who tries to rescue the lovely Maid Moron, played by Stimpy, who also plays the band of merry man, that Robin Hoek backs up.

The video also includes two shorts, courtesy of Dr. Stupid. This was another character that Stimpy portrays, like the opposite of Mr. Know-It-All that Bullwinkle the Moose used to play on Rocky & Bullwinkle.

If you're a Ren & Stimpy fan, I suggest you get this video. But, if you've never ever seen Ren & Stimpy before, and want to experience the joy for the very first time, I suggest you get this video immediately, before it is no longer sold anywhere, you eediot!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Ive had with up to hear with the lights out you people!, July 30, 2003
This review is from: Ren & Stimpy: Volume 2 - The Stupidest Stories [VHS] (VHS Tape)
This has always been my favorite cartoon show. Right now their on tnn. This has an episode that i like. Heres how it goes. Stimpy has entered a contest for 47 million dollars. Ren got a little jellous. He then got upset that he would miss his best friend. But Then at the end of the big shot Ren said pal and then Stimpy said buddy. Ren asked him what he did with all his money. As soon as he told him that he gave away his 47 million dollars he started to go nuts. In what till we do till then Stimpy starts to cry and then Ren tells him things he can do. He starts to cry again and then Ren tells him that he can keep himself busy with gritty kitty litter.

What's better than Looney Toons and funnier than Rocko's Modern Life? Ren and Stimpy! This video may not be available, but try to watch Ren and Stimpy whenever you can! It is extremely funny in its own sick way!
