I ordered this for my son's birthday. The item was supposed to be shipped on the 9th of August but it was never received. I made multiple attempts to contact the seller to resolve the issue. The phone number given to me by Amazon just rings and rings with no answer; two attempts to contact them through Amazon's email got no response; I found their website and attempted to contact them through that - failed! I've given them 3 weeks to respond. Today, I filed a claim directly with Amazon...hopefully, I will get a refund or at the very least the product that I ordered. I researched reviews about this company (unfortunatly, after the fact) and the company gets bad reviews across the board. Stay away from Martial Arts Land!
