Walter Rules,
This review is from: Rendez-Vous (Audio CD)
I am more of a HIP-HOP kind of guy, but one day while I was searching for a radio station, I heard "sweet nothings" by Walter Bealsey, and ever since then I have been loving smooth Jazz. Thanks Walter Beasley for introducing me to Jazz.

Rendezvous - another winner for Mr. Beasley,
By Nancy E. Benedict-McGee (Hyde Park, MA United States) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Rendez-Vous (Audio CD)
I have been a fan of Walter's since the 80's. This CD is another winner for Mr. Beasley. My favorites are, now that I think about it, all of them. Label mate Chuck Loeb has produced a couple of songs, the title cut and the toe tappin' "New Day New Way" as well as regulars Kavin Hoo & Dow Brain. His teaching at Berklee College of Music gives him access to some outstanding talent. "I Had A Dream" incorporates the spoken word by Abria Smith with a little R&B flavor to it. On all of Walter's CD's there is a sultry, put you in mood song and this CD is no exception. Listen to "Three Way" and see if you don't agree. Walter, if you read this, Lynette was great! Lynette, if you read this, you go girl! Pick up the CD, you won't be disappointed. Peace.
