I love Gary Dourdan, but this movie rendition of the book was terrible. Bad acting, bad editing, just BAD. Do not even bother buying this, renting, or wasting your time watching this because you will be SORRY. Like I was.

This was an unreal movie. It had all the right stuff in it to make a good movie, but the timing was always off. There were things in this movie that you know could not have happened and you lived to tell about it. It was a low budget movie. BET Movies has let me down again.

This was an awful film!!!. I love the book but the film was bad, real bad. It took several attempts before I could even make it to the end. Once I got to the end I was even more disappointed with this film. Jade and Jeff get together in a way that doesn't even make sense and they turned Jade into a conceded, selfish person. Now having said that, Gary Dourdan is hot in this movie. If you must buy it, watch it with the sound off and forward to all the scenes with him in it or watch CSI for free! The only thing in the movie from the book is the names.
