I spent a lot of time researching various cleanses and this seemed to be the safest/most effective one I came across. I actually found the Fiber35 produts by accident while searching for cleanses and when I sampled the shakes they worked really well for me so I decided to try the cleanse they offered as well. It worked fine with no adverse side effects and proper digestion is something that I have always struggled with. I would recommend this product.
